Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The location is decent, being a short drive from Nagoya Hill Mall, but the state of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and I experienced multiple issues with both my room and the service. The dining options were also very limited, which added to my frustrations during my stay.

The location is convenient, being close to Nagoya Hill Mall and spas, but the rooms left a lot to be desired, with cleanliness issues and unpleasant odors.
